MEDITATION : key to success & happiness

meditation is a mind control process. it's like a work out for your mind. if you go to gym to work out your body stays fit, similarly if you meditate your mind stays fit & that's very important to lead your life happily. mind is abstract but it can be divided into three catagories. one is conscious then sub-conscious & then un-conscious mind. we have full control on our conscious mind but very little control on sub-conscious one & no control at all on our un-conscious mind. sub-conscious mind is like a wild horse. it's hard to ride a wild horse but once u tame it then it follows your command & you can easily reach your destiny. meditation is a process to have full control on your sub-conscious mind. it's like a bridge in between your conscious & sub-conscious mind. & sub-conscious mind is the strongest one. let me explain in a different way. our brain is our biggest resource. human brain is 4000 times more capable than a pc. human brain shakes(brain-wave) non-stop. each seconds a brain shakes how many times is called a brain cycle. brain cycle can be catagorized into 5 stages.gama, beta, alpha, theta, delta. when your brain shakes 27 times per second or more you are in gama level. that means your brain cycle is 27 or more. for an example ,when people get so angry or frustrated brain cycle goes that high & brain performs the worst then, that's why people do stupid thing when they are mad. then beta(brain cycle 14-26) level is when you are awake in doing regular activities normally. alpha(8-13) whn you are sleepy but not sleeping. theta(4-7) whn u r in sleep. delta(.4-3) whn u r in deepest sleep. the less our brain cycle is , the better it works. that's why when we dream we don't understand that we r dreaming. as long as we dream we feel that's the reality. a dream cannot be longer than 30 seconds. but in that tiny amount of time we see a day or a 6 hours story that sharp. because our brain cycle is low & the brain works that good. but the only problem is that we don't have any control on our dream even though the brain works so good while dreaming. meditation is a process where u can reduce your brain cycle gradually & at the same time have full control on your thoughts. that means you can train your brain to perform at it's best.

Think about your life. Can you remember few days or moments from your life that happened years ago but still you remember each & every details of that? those special moments that made your day & still it makes you happy just by remembering it. How many of those days or moments do you have? 10? 15 ? 30? less or more?

Say, you have 25 special days/moments in your 25 years old life.Those days you felt life to the fullest. Those moments that made your whole day, you were inspired & stayed positive. 25 days in your 9125 days life!! So what happened to the other 9100 days?

The point is you can make everyday special, live life to the fullest. All you have to do is look for one special moment. not necessarily it has to be directly related to you. It could be that moment when little kids at the grocery store gave you the innocent smile or that old couple holding their hands, something small but meaningful.   

Trust me, if you look for it, you’ll be able to find it. & once you find that moment, keep it in your heart. That moment will keep you happy & positive for the rest of the day, ignoring all the negativity of life.  & the chances are once you are already positive, more positives will come to you. That one small moment will bring more good moments & turn an ordinary day into a great day!You will feel great & grateful about your life. Even if you don’t find anything, just because you were looking for it, will help you finish the day happily & positively.

So, give it try, just for one day. You will be amazed to see that  how the magic happens to you!!:))

whether we understand it or not, we r actually all interconnected into the whole universe. The moment we separate ourselves from others only then there is a chance of misery. if u & I r the same person, then whatever i’m doing to u, regardless good or bad, i’m actually doing it to myself. This is a shift of consciousness, we need to think big & wide. It’s a collective universe & we all belong to it. each & everyone has an equal share of it. basically there is no you or me, we are one. We have been separating ourselves based on our races, religions, money & so on & that’s why we see all the miseries in the world. we have to treat others as we would treat ourselves, if we want to see a world full of happiness. The moment of bliss is the moment when you find yourself as a whole, when you connect your own consciousness to the universal consciousness, when you, yourself become the universal consciousness or a part of it. Our positive consciousness is 100 times more powerful than our negative consciousness, we don’t really need to change others, we need to make possible positive changes to ourselves. & as I said it’ll affect others in a positive way. but when I say consciousness, I mean the non local consciousness or the higher consciouness, only that kind of consciousness can be actual probable reality. I can not just think positive & expect everything will happen positively, unless my thoughts are from my non local or the higher consciouness. I believe the change is coming soon, more & more people are understanding about it. The probable positive change will come through the probable positive change within our own non local consciouness. — Kazi
